Information We Handle
The App may handle the following information:
- Your configured HTTPS API URL
- Your API authentication token
- Domain names entered for certificate operations
- SSL certificate status, expiration dates, and renewal results
- Technical request and error information returned by your configured server
The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or payment information.
How Information Is Used
Information is used only to:
- Authenticate requests to your configured SSL renewal API
- Check certificate and domain status
- Request SSL certificate renewals
- Display certificate information and operation results
- Save your server settings for future use
Local Storage
The App stores your API URL and API token locally on your device using the platform’s secure storage facilities. The App does not intentionally transmit these settings to the developer.
You can remove locally stored information by deleting the settings through the App, clearing the App’s data, or uninstalling the App.
Network Communications
The App communicates with the HTTPS API URL that you provide. API requests may include:
- Your API token in an authorization header
- Domain names submitted for certificate operations
- Certificate status requests
You should only use a trusted HTTPS API endpoint. The server associated with the API URL may process, store, or log request information according to its own privacy policy and configuration.
Third-Party Services
The App does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or social-media tracking services.
Your configured server may communicate with third-party certificate authorities or infrastructure providers, such as Let’s Encrypt, to complete certificate operations. Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
The App retains the API URL and API token locally until you remove them or uninstall the App.
Information processed by your configured API server may be retained according to that server’s configuration and policies. The App developer does not control data stored by independently operated API servers.
Data Security
The App uses secure device storage for the API URL and API token and requires an HTTPS API URL for network operations. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, API token, and server credentials.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Because the App does not maintain a central user account or database, requests concerning data stored on your configured API server should be directed to the operator of that server.
