Slider revolution module-Drupal drag and drop image slider
Here we are discussing about one premium module called slider Revolution.
How many website editors are there for your Drupal website? Who is responsible for delivering contents for image sliders who is deciding look and feel of each slider image , is it done by a developer and or a marketing professional?
Here I am discussing about a module, using this any person without a technical knowledge can create image slides and contents on sliders images without knowing technical knowledge like html , css and php.
Here a marketers and editors can easily create rich media sliders using a drag and drop control panel.
Control panel has various sections where users can easily create each element on sliders and slider image. Users can also configure appearance in desktop and mobile browsers.
Place your rvslider folder purchased from codecannyon and install module.
After installation you can see revolution slider option under structure.
Click on menu load control panel as shown below.
Here I am going to create a simple slider without importing a slider.
I will show you how to create a simple slider and show it in front end theme.
Click new slider . you can see below configuration window where you can set title and alias name of the slider.
Here I am keeping all default settings and click save button in top corner or save button available in bottom. Then next tab will be open where we can add images for this slider.
So here we are going to add two images and text on those images.
Select main/background image and click on media Library. You can select image from you local computer also.
You can add text and other elements on image by selecting layers.
I have created a text on image. You can see various options in toolbar that you can apply on each layers.
Now I am going to place this created slider in a region.
Go to your block list.
Your slider will be listed in this block list under category RevSlider block.
Click on place block and you can see below block configuration where you can change region where do you want to display slider.
